Welcome to Deux Noix de Coco.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the booking or purchase of experiences, programs, services and products offered by Deux Noix de Coco.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or making a booking or purchase.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with the provisions governing website use. By completing a booking or purchase and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree to the conditions applicable to your selected offering.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Deux Noix de Coco offers Soul Healing sessions, private Living Immersion journeys, curated cultural and well-being experiences, residential retreats, consulting and selected concierge services.
Certain services and experiences may be offered individually, as part of a program, or by special arrangement.
Experiences may also be promoted or presented through Joy Creative Renegades or other creative and cultural partners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Deux Noix de Coco is responsible for organizing and delivering its experiences and managing the associated bookings and payments.

2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
Company, We, Us or Our: Deux Noix de Coco Corp.
Website: The Deux Noix de Coco website and its associated booking and purchasing pages.
Services and Experiences: Soul Healing sessions, private journeys, Édition Libre programs, residential retreats, consulting, concierge services and other experiential offerings.
Goods: Physical merchandise offered for sale through the website, including apparel, accessories and other products.
Client or Participant: Any individual booking or purchasing a service, experience or product.
Booking: A confirmed reservation for a service or experience.
3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Unless otherwise specified in the conditions applicable to a particular offering, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Clients wishing to discuss an alternative payment arrangement may contact Deux Noix de Coco before booking.
Any alternative payment schedule must be agreed upon in writing.
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of booking. Applicable taxes or additional charges, if any, will be disclosed before payment.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available on our booking or purchasing platform.
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information when making bookings or purchases and confirm that they are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Payment transactions may be subject to authorization and verification by the relevant payment provider.
Individually Arranged Services
Consulting, concierge and other individually arranged services may be subject to specific proposals, fees, payment schedules and cancellation conditions agreed upon before confirmation.
Where such conditions differ from these general Terms & Conditions, the specific written agreement applicable to the service will take precedence, subject to applicable law.
Where concierge services involve external providers, the applicable arrangement will identify whether Deux Noix de Coco is providing the service directly or arranging it through a third party.
4. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL BOOKINGS & ORDERS
Deux Noix de Coco reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking or order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:
Unavailability of a service, experience or product.
Errors in the description, pricing or availability of an offering.
Technical or administrative errors affecting a booking or order.
Suspected fraud, unauthorized payment or illegal transactions.
Circumstances that prevent Deux Noix de Coco from safely or reasonably providing the requested service or experience.
Where a booking or order is canceled by Deux Noix de Coco, any payment received for the canceled and undelivered service, experience or product will be refunded, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers promptly.
Nothing in this provision limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
5. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING
Cancellation and refund conditions vary according to the type of service or experience purchased.
The following policies apply to the corresponding offerings.
All requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be submitted in writing.
5.1 SOUL HEALING — INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Individual sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notification, are non-refundable.
Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.
5.2 SOUL HEALING — PRIVATE JOURNEYS
This policy applies to the one-month and two-month private Living Immersion, Quality of the Heart journeys.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless an alternative payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations Before the Journey Begins
A private journey may be canceled for a full refund when written notice is received at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session.
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the first scheduled session are non-refundable.
Cancellations After the Journey Begins
Private journeys are purchased as complete programs.
Once a journey has begun, payments are non-refundable, including for unused sessions.
Rescheduling
Individual sessions within a private journey may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
All sessions must be completed within three months of the first scheduled session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sessions not completed within this period will expire without refund.
5.3 ÉDITION LIBRE — NATURE. CULTURE. SOUL.
This policy applies to Édition Libre, including the five-day Back in Five experience.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm participation.
Participants requiring an alternative payment arrangement may contact Deux Noix de Coco before booking.
Any alternative payment schedule must be agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations received at least 15 calendar days before the first scheduled program day are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 15 calendar days before the first scheduled program day are non-refundable.
Reservation Transfers
Reservations may be transferred to another eligible participant with prior written approval from Deux Noix de Coco.
Program Inclusions
Édition Libre provides five days of curated experiences combining Soul Healing, creative exploration, cultural encounters and nature immersion.
Each program day includes approximately 2½–3 hours of dedicated guided programming.
Accommodation, flights, transportation, meals, beverages and personal expenses are not included unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific program description.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation and transportation to scheduled meeting points.
Program Changes
Deux Noix de Coco may make reasonable adjustments to the sequence, timing, locations or activities of the program when necessary.
Any material changes will be communicated to participants.
5.4 UNLEASH YOUR MYSTIC ESSENCE — RESIDENTIAL RETREAT
The following conditions apply specifically to Unleash Your Mystic Essence, February 11–18, 2027.
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD is required to secure a reservation.
The deposit is applied toward the total retreat price.
The following pricing periods apply:
Super Early Bird: Reservations confirmed by September 15, 2026.
Early Bird: Reservations confirmed by October 15, 2026.
Regular Price: Reservations confirmed from October 16, 2026.
Participants who pay the full retreat price in a single payment receive a $500 USD discount on the applicable retreat price.
For participants paying in installments:
November 5, 2026: 50% of the remaining balance is due.
December 5, 2026: The final outstanding balance is due.
For reservations made after an installment deadline has passed, the payment amount and schedule applicable at the time of booking will be communicated before confirmation.
Participant Cancellations & Refunds
All participant cancellations must be submitted in writing.
The $500 USD reservation deposit is non-refundable in the event of participant cancellation.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Before November 5, 2026
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made toward the retreat will be refunded.
November 5–December 5, 2026
Participants are eligible for a refund of 50% of the applicable total retreat price, including any discounts, up to the amount actually paid.
The non-refundable deposit forms part of the amount retained by Deux Noix de Coco and is not deducted a second time.
December 6, 2026, until retreat departure
No refund will be provided for participant cancellations.
Cancellation by Deux Noix de Coco
Deux Noix de Coco reserves the right to cancel the retreat before departure if circumstances prevent the experience from proceeding, including insufficient enrollment or significant operational difficulties.
If the retreat is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, participants will receive a full refund of payments made to Deux Noix de Coco for the retreat, including the reservation deposit.
A cancellation due to insufficient enrollment would ordinarily be communicated at least one month before departure.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Certain circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Deux Noix de Coco, including severe weather, natural disasters, war, strikes or other events that prevent the retreat from operating, may require cancellation or significant modification of the program.
Deux Noix de Coco may have made advance payments to accommodation providers, transportation providers and other suppliers.
Where such circumstances prevent the retreat from proceeding, Deux Noix de Coco will seek to recover advance payments made to suppliers and refund participants amounts that have not been committed or that are subsequently recovered, subject to applicable law.
Recovery of supplier payments cannot be guaranteed.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation coverage.
Participants are responsible for understanding the terms and exclusions of their selected insurance policies.
Travel & Personal Expenses
Unless expressly included in the retreat description, flights and independently arranged travel expenses are the participant’s responsibility.
Any refund of independently arranged travel expenses is subject to the terms of the participant’s own travel providers or insurance coverage, except where otherwise required by law.
6. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY DEUX NOIX DE COCO
Deux Noix de Coco may reschedule, modify or cancel a service or experience when reasonably necessary.
If an individual Soul Healing session must be rescheduled, an alternative appointment will be offered.
If Deux Noix de Coco cannot deliver a purchased individual session or complete a private journey, a refund will be provided for undelivered services unless another mutually acceptable arrangement is agreed upon.
If Deux Noix de Coco cancels an Édition Libre program, participants will receive a full refund of payments made to Deux Noix de Coco for that program.
Residential retreat cancellations are governed by the specific conditions in Section 5.4.
7. TIME ZONE & DEADLINES
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all booking, payment, cancellation, refund and rescheduling deadlines are calculated according to New York local time (America/New_York), including applicable daylight saving time.
For individual sessions and private journeys, the 48-hour notice period is calculated backward from the scheduled appointment time.
For Édition Libre, the cancellation deadline is 11:59 p.m. New York time on the date 15 calendar days before the first scheduled program day.
For Unleash Your Mystic Essence, the specified calendar dates determine the applicable payment and cancellation conditions. Each dated deadline ends at 11:59 p.m. New York time unless a different time is expressly stated.
Written cancellation and rescheduling requests are considered received when they reach Deux Noix de Coco.
8. PARTICIPATION & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participants are responsible for assessing their suitability for the activities offered and communicating relevant accessibility requirements or limitations before participation.
Deux Noix de Coco experiences may involve meditation, movement, somatic exploration, creative practices and outdoor activities.
Participation is voluntary, and participants are encouraged to respect their personal boundaries.
Soul Healing and Living Immersion are experiential practices for personal exploration and development.
They do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy or a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.
No particular personal, emotional or physical outcome is guaranteed.
9. WEBSITE USE & ACCESS
Our website is intended for individuals aged 18 or older.
By using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and accessible website content but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The website and its informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to applicable law.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend website access where reasonably necessary, including in cases of misuse, unlawful activity or material violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Any such restriction will not remove contractual obligations already incurred or mandatory consumer rights.
10. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and current.
However, descriptions, prices, availability and other information may occasionally contain errors or omissions.
Deux Noix de Coco reserves the right to correct inaccuracies and update website information when necessary.
Changes to confirmed bookings will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and mandatory consumer-protection laws.
11. MERCHANDISE
Deux Noix de Coco may offer physical merchandise, including apparel, bags and accessories, through its website.
When merchandise becomes available, applicable product descriptions, prices, shipping conditions and return policies will be provided before purchase.
Merchandise purchases will be subject to the product-specific conditions disclosed at checkout and applicable consumer-protection laws.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the content, materials, concepts, branding, text, images and original creative works presented through the Deux Noix de Coco website and its programs remain the property of Deux Noix de Coco or their respective rights holders.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Deux Noix de Coco shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of its website or participation in its services and experiences.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply under other applicable laws.
If a concern or dispute arises, participants are encouraged to contact Deux Noix de Coco first so that the matter may be addressed directly.
16. EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable under the laws of your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Where applicable, mandatory consumer rights relating to pre-contract information, cancellation, withdrawal, refunds and travel services take precedence over conflicting contractual provisions.
17. UNITED STATES LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Users agree to comply with applicable United States laws and regulations when using our website or purchasing our services and products.
We reserve the right to refuse transactions that would violate applicable sanctions, trade restrictions or other legal requirements.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Any invalid provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent legally permissible while preserving its original purpose as closely as possible.
19. WAIVER
Failure by Deux Noix de Coco to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision subsequently.
A waiver of one breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
20. LANGUAGE & TRANSLATION
These Terms & Conditions may be made available in different languages.
In the event of inconsistencies between translations, the English version will be used for interpretation, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Deux Noix de Coco may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
The version applicable to a confirmed booking will generally be the version accepted at the time of purchase, unless a subsequent change is expressly agreed upon or required by law.
22. PRIVACY POLICY
The collection, processing and protection of personal information are addressed in our separate Privacy Policy.
By using our website or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have been provided access to our Privacy Policy.
